Cancellation / Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the following appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total on the day of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment,we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours (and 48 hours for head spa of two) before your appointment. Cancellations with less than the above allowed time frame will result in a cancellation fee, which is equal to $50 of the service cost $150&up and $25 of service cost below $150.

If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you. However, we might not have enough time to honor your full service and your appointment might be shortened to ensure we are on schedule for our next clients. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

A same day cancellation/rescheduling and/or if you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged for a “No-Show” fee which is 50% of the scheduled service.

You will be required to leave down another deposit to schedule a new appointment.

We reserve the right to use your credit card on file or your deposit amount to enforce a Cancellation/ No-show/ Payment dispute policy.

We accept Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and all major debit/credit cards.
(We highly recommend purchasing the gift certificate in Cash or a 3% transaction fee will apply if using other forms of payment.)
